False critical incident in 12c

Hi, by any chance, would anyone had met such issue as false incident? It's visible on the screenshot how one tablespace is being reported full with thresholds 85/97 and containing only ~14%. I also verified directly in db, it is really only these 14% used there. Tried re-evaluate, manually upload from agent, restart agent, change thresholds a bit. No change.
