Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8 need a Database for install... but what are the database contents populated on this database ?

How OWCP applications use this database ?

Is the same purpose or reasons of use for Oracle Portal 10.1.4.2 and Oracle WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8 ?
