calendar field is grayed out in the Parameters forms

Hi Guru's


While defining Organization(warehouse using Inventory responsibility), calendar field is grayed out in the Parameters forms. In addition while defining Item all the Inventory, Purchasing, Costing tabs etc are in grayed status.

Please suggest.
