dbconsole is up but weblink is not opening

Hello Team,

I have a RAC environment where the dbconsole is up an running but the Web link is not opening the EM. This EM is configured for standalone db. I have not tried recreating the repos yet, just reluctant as its a Prod db. Also if I change the sys passoword to recreate repos.. what are all the places would I have to consider updating.. will is affect me in application level?
