3C Engine - as close to real time updating of students checklists

For the 3C Engine, we have the need to have the 5 checklist jobs with over 40 3C Engine processes to update checklists run every 15 minutes 24/7. We also have the need to have another one checklist job with 10 3C Engine processes run biweekly. We have run into the scenario where there are not enough temp table instances (only 10) and the process has had to use the base temp tables.


Do other Campuses have any recommendations about how to configure and run the 3C Engine to allow for as close to real time updating of students checklists?
