error while creating invoice in AR

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Deall,

am facing issue in AR while entering invoice. "System can not determine geographical information for this location and can not derive a tax jurisdiction. Please contact your system admin"

Could anyone advise solution. Ran request program in "Geography Name Referencing Program" in TCA but of no elp.
