Folder Action Buttons in Quick Sales Order

We have folders setup and assigned as default folders to our OM responsibilities. We enables some buttons through the folder > configure buttons on the order header on the quick sales order form. These buttons were arranged in a certain order with the book order button to the far right (e.g. the last button on the right) of the form. One of our users inadvertently changed this folder and the buttons no longer appear in the same order. Even when we create a new folder and select the buttons we want to enable, they appear on the quick sales order
