iProcurement setups and installation

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are currently in the process of installing iprocurement.  I am looking for tips form those who have successfully done such installation.

How long did it take?

Were you able to do the setups internally or did you utilized help from consultants?

Any suggestions on training materials?

Any help will be very appreciated.
