Anyone have any ideas what this is?

Hello,

We are using ARM for reconciliations, however, Financial Close has not been set up.  During the close period the administrator is getting emails with the below text in them and a link to Weblogic Enterprise Manager.  When we click the link and log into Enterprise Manager we just see all the nodes and nothing seems wrong.  Part of me wonders if this is because FCM hasn't been configured.  Has anyone see this?  Any ideas?

Please login to the Enterprise Manager console and verify instance 40048 of the composite ARMNotificationComposite.
