FCM - new release - manual journal entries

Do you have any documentation available about new features of Journal Entry module (Support authoring, approval, and post back of journal entries) that will be available with the next release?

We have an important number of people from the industrial sites that provide data for journal entries (eg energy managers that provide us with kwhours of energy....).

Does the new module allow to capture data in a very simple format/template (for the end-user at plant level for example) and transform it to a journal thanks to some mapping tables? I would be interested in a detailed description of the features.
