Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Invalid status ID error message on Gate Status Change

Hi,

We are on Agile PLM 9.3.3 and have PPM implemented.

We are trying to change the status of a Gate from Complete/Hold to Not Started and are getting the attached error "Invalid Next Status ID".

The workflow is configured to allow the WF status to move from Complete to Not Started.

Are we missing any configuration step?
