How to restore Essbase application with a different name

Hello,

We are running Essbase 11.1.1.3 and have an application saved from a weekly backup that I would like to restore with a different name.  I'm using a file system backup.  Earlier I tried doing this by stopping the application, copying the backup file system folder, changing the name of the folder and a few of the files within it (.apb and .app for example), but then when trying to start the application again I received error: Error: 1013015 Unable to Connect to Database [xxxxx].

So is there a way with the file system method to rename the application before starting it?  I know that I can always restore the application with the same name, but there have been updates to the cube since the last weekly update that I would not like to lose.

Howdy, Stranger!
