Address DFF fields in Contact Center Create customer button

Hello,

Want to check if the City, County, State,Postal code DFF fields can be altered to meet customer requirement.

Currenlty City, county , postal code fields are plain text fields whereas state is an LOV field.

What we need ability to have an City field have list of values and then based on City selected, list of county listed in the County field, then based on City and County selected, State is selected.

Then based on the selection of city, county, state, corresponding postal codes(zip codes) are displayed.

RIght now the zip codes are 5 digits, want to see if zip+4digits functionality is possible.
