OEM 12c 12.1.0.3 IBM AIX agent not tracking Filesystem Usage

Hi,

I have installed 12.1.0.3 agents (IBM AIX on Power Systems, 64 bit) on AIX 5.3, 6.1, and 7.1. The Filesystem Usage is not being tracked on any. There aren't any errors in the error log that indicate the cause of the omission. Has anyone encountered this issue and found the solution? I have attached a screen shots to help illustrate the issue.
