On Hand Quantities not available in ASCP Plan Output

On Hand quantities are not available in the ASCP Plan Output. We run a unconstrained plan.

Below investigations has been completed.

1) The item assigned to the sub inventory are netted both in the Source and also in the Plan Options.

2) Availability type is set to 1 in mtl_secondary_inventories.

3) The same item in different organizations are able to capture onhand in the plan output.

4) Issue seems to be seen in the mrp_ap_onhand_supplies_v as the data is not populated in the view.

Can any one provide us some insights. Thank you!
