Minimum ASM & CRS version for an 11.2.0.4 database

We have an 11.2.0.3.7 Grid Infrastructure which supports several 11.2.0.3.0 DEV databases.  We need to build an 11.2.0.4.0 database for a new application based on a vendor requirement.  We have a very short timeline but we're having trouble scheduling an outage of all the other DEV databases.  Is it possible to build an 11.2.0.4.0 database in a 11.2.0.3.7 Grid Infrastructure?
