On ASCP how to purge a plan from a concurrent request

The only way I can see to purge an ASCP plan is from the UI. This needs to be part of an automated job flow. I found 'Purge Designator' but the type program is 'spawned' and there are no arguments to specify the plan name. Has anyone else done this?  And no APCC is NOT an option. Management has already made that decision.
