E810 TR8.97.X how to deploy revised workflow?

Hi, i was wondering if there is any document to guide on how to deploy revised workflow on citrix environment (WTS) ? 

sometimes, it does not reflect the change on citrix machine...and also some failed in the approval process in the workcenter even though received the approval request..

what they revised on the workflow seem to be correct because user noticed it's been working fine for a while before it went wrong..
