Error - Siebel 8.1.1.9 SIA - Service Mobile URL (Application Name not found)

Hi

We have Setup Siebel Mobile Connected Applications for the Field Service Applications.We have Followed the Connected Mobile Guide and Completed all the neccessary steps.

When We trying to Access the URL http://hostname:7777/servicem_enu it gives following error

                - The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[

And also the Service mobile object manager log gives following errors

     

               - "Application Name" (Siebel Service for Mobile) is non existent

               - (ctxtmgr.cpp (4567)) SBL-SVC-00208: Please login first.     

We can not see the SHCE Mobile Views also in Application and Tools.
