isDiscoverer there is no 'home' or back button

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

  IN  discoverer there is no 'home' or back button ,so you have to log out and back in again oropen several logins. Again is there any oracle configuration to enable this 'home' link in discoverer ,or is it just a bad product design?

Whether can we do it through through  Customizationhow can we  set up HOME button at webpage
