How to solve BI Publisher Scheduled jobs throwing Exception

There are  scheduled jobs that are running in the system. Some of the jobs are getting failed and throwing filenot found exception which is in some tmp folder inside xmplserver.ear. Also some of the jobs are scheduled for a time say (10 pm) but it is getting processed after an hour (11 pm). Kindly help to resolve this issue.
