How to treat Hotel services in P2P?

Hey guys i have a new scenario to deal with and i am totally stuck with it. Well I am in bank here we conduct trainings in our College where, College pays employees hotel (staying) expenses. Now my question is how to treat this scenario in EBS i mean through P2P or through learning management.
