Punch out using oracle exchange

Hello Experts

We are implementing punch out and supplier mentioned us to use model3 which is through oracle exchange. How do we get access to oracle exchange? Do we need to have a spearate license for using exchange? can some one please list out the steps required for model3 punchout

We are in R12.1.2 and have got PO and iprocuremnt licenses
