Oracle R12 : File mismatch between file system and database (ad_file_versions)

Hi everyone,

I see this strange thing with Oracle E-Biz Suite R12 when applied a one off patch to application.

Patch was bringing in only one report file and generating the same. Here is the excerpt of driver file:

Will not apply PARCPRJR.rdf: Patch file is older.
