how to determine threadcount

I'm running Oracle WebLogic 10.3.6.0 in Managed Server mode.  All the documentation tells me that the threadcount is contained in the config.xml file , but I cannot find any parameters related to this.  My assumption from the documentation is that the parameter should be called ExecuteQueue.    This would be for Admin Server.

From managed server I've found a parameter called ExecuteThreadTotalCount but I can't find it in any form on my server.
