Hello BI Publisher Team!

This is David over in JD Edwards World and I have run into a printing dilemma with a customer. World Software uses a tool called EDD to leverage BI Publisher jar files to print reports converted to pdf. txt, etc. The customer is using a Windows Print Server to Print to an HP Laser Jet Printer. The customer is unable to get this to work. I assume the printer is able to handle protocol IPP, but I having the customer confirm that it is configured for IPP anyways. The customer is getting a returned error of ERROR - Status =
