Intransit inventory allocated on Pick slip

Hi

I have set up in transit inventory as being available on item availability. However, when I entered a sales order, the stock is being allocated on the pick slip although the stock has not arrived yet. Is there a way I could prevent intransit inventory from being allocated on the pick slip?
