AR - Duplicated Transaction Numbers - Credit Memo & Invoice

.Dear Friends,


@Duplicated Numbers. Rule should be that the Document Number will overwrite the Transaction Number when the transaction is Complete. Document Number for "Linfox Australia" failed to overwrite the Transaction number field.

Can you please let me know why has the rule failed. What can be done at this point to prevent that. I have attached the screenshot for your perusal.
