Creating formula ingredient in Primary UOM and transact Batches in Secondary UOM

Hi,

All our formula ingredients are setup in milligrams. Whereas, Business want to transact Batches using 'Kilograms'. Generally, Formula UOM default in Batches. If required, we can manually change it in Batches.  Considering, we are planing to setup Dual UOM, Is there anyway we can default Secondary UOM in Batches?

Example: Item and Formula ingredients shows primary UOM (Milligrams).  Whereas, Users would like to see the Secondary UOM (Kilograms) in Batches as they dont want to see many zeros as the Batch volume is always going to be very high.

Or Do we have any other solution to convert MG to KG in the Batches?
