PO approval notifications mails are not getting recieved in Lotus Notes

Hi Al,

We are facing problem where few apporvers are not recieving PO approval notifications mails for some PO's in thier lotus notes account while for the some PO's  they are successfully recieving mails.

PO's for which approvers do not received any notification requires to be resend to approver using  work flow rewind/retry action.

Please suggest the root cause for this and also suggest table name which proves that notification mail has been sent to approver.
