Siebel Tools Password Expired

Hi Guys,

I am using siebel tools 8.1.1.10.

I am getting Password expiry notification when I try to open web client through run/debug.

We have moved to 8.1.1.10 last year, and this is second time I am getting this notification.

When I got it first time in April, I have uninstalled siebel tools, and worked fine.

Is it expiring for every 90 days ?

I am not aware of licensing stuff much, can anybody explain about this.
