WIP negative issue for a Non Standard job that has a BOM

Our requirement is to be able to split the sub-assembly into components.

We don't want to manually create the material requirements. We want that defaulted from the BOM.

Here are the steps I am doing:

1. Created a Non Standard Job with Assembly ='SCRPX1'

2. Quantity is 1

3. MRP net = 0

4. The Assembly has a BOM.

5. Doing WIP material transaction to issue the assembly to the job. This is successful.

6. Doing WIP material transaction using Negative Component Issue and "All Components". The BOM quantities do not default in the details page

7. User has to select "Specific Component" and enter the quantities manually.

Is there a way the details page can be defaulted from the BOM. It works for WIP issue. I need it to work for WIP negative issue.
