How do I change a field background_color?

Hi

I have been asked by the user to make the DFF fields on the Service Request white or yellow before they are clicked into.

  • Additional Information EXTERNAL ATTRIBUTES (header of SR) and
  • Additional information for agents INCIDENT ATTRIBUTES (Workbench Tab)

They want to show there are fields that need updating within the DFF.  Grey is the automatic colour but this represents not updatable.

I have looked a the form personalisations and did the following on a WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE

Property

     Object Type          Item

     Target Object       INCIDENT_TRACKING.EXTERNAL_FLEX

     Property Name     BACKGROUND_COLOR

     Value                     this is where i need help what do i put in here for white or yellow?
