Import standard purchase orders

Hi,

We seems to be hitting the issue mentioned in this MOS R12 Poor Performance While Running 'Import Standard Purchase Orders' (Doc ID 1582278.1)

As we could see we are in higher version

strings $PO_TOP/patch/115/sql/PO_PDOI_MAINPROC_UTL_PVT.plb | grep 'Header:'

/* $Header: PO_PDOI_MAINPROC_UTL_PVT.plb 120.14.12010000.6 2013/10/15 11:45:20 inagdeo ship $ */

We are not sure which patch has delivered this higher version.
