One of the application user not able to access the database from one of the URL

We have migrated one database from 111.0.7 to 11.2.0.4 successfully. All aplication users able to connect to the database except one of the application biz editor from one of the URL.

When they are trying to connect to the database, not able to access the database. Please find the below errors.

[ERROR 21 Jul 2014 02:02:56] com.fsl.bizteditor.dao.BiztEditorDao - Get Result Method: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Please suggest any one from which side issue not understanding. Even lot of remote connection is happening.
