here is exact situation we encountered in ARM:  ARM Bug - 14550518 - ARM Viewers assigned as groups cannot see the reconciliations in list view

User A provisioned as

Reconciliation Preparer ARM_rPREPARER

Reconciliation Reviewer ARM_rREVIEWER

Reconciliation Viewer ARM_rVIEWER

*****CAN see other recons & those assigned to them. 

User B provisioned exactly the same, CANNOT see other recons, only those assigned to them.

We are trying to go-live with FCM & ARM and have applied the latest PSU 353.  this still did not resolve the issue with BUG 14550518, even though the 353 PSU clearly states that 14550518 BUG is fixed in PSU 350 which is included in PSU 353.
