I've downloaded ~3700 patches to /var/tmp/offline using harvester:

harvester.sh -u aaa@bbb.com -p /var/tmp/OpsCtr/mypasswd -d "SOLARIS_10_0_SPARC" -R 1

Then I ran "Bulk Upload Packages and Patches" against the Linux, Solaris 8-10 Software Update Library.

The job finished successfully. The patches *.zip and *.sig files appeared under

/var/opt/sun/xvm/locallib/swlib2/7ae6fdfa-ba96-42dc-9158-a6e735261cc4/data/public/private_blobs/SOLARIS_10_0_SPARC

After that I initiated an update job by running a Solaris Update Compliance report.

The problem is Ops Center does not use the patches imported during bulk update but downloads the needed patches
