233G - Error: Home Company's tax ID Invalid

We are receiving error mesage 233G - Home Company's tax id invalid when running the R06116Z1  - Batch time entry processor to move time entry records from the F06116Z1 to the F06116.  Tax Type A is set up on our Home Company with a valid tax ID.  What could be causing this issue?  We do not populate the home company in the F06116Z1 during time entry....it gets picked up when the processor runs and populated F06116.  Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
