In 11.5.10.2, can i use Web ADI to upload Period rate. I know we can do so to upload daily exchange

In 11.5.10.2, can i use Web ADI to upload Period rate. I know we can do so to upload daily exchange rate, but look like there is no such function in Web ADI to load Period rates. please advise.
