Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. EM12cR4 Node Manager error

I have a client with EM12cR4 on windows 64-bit. It ran for several days but all of a sudden, it stopped working. The OMS service does not start and it gives this log on the node manager (I changed the server name to hostname.domain):
