Default time zone based on customer zip code

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have created a custom form to show customer information with few other information. All our customer locations in US only and zip code is already mentioned for all address. We need to default time zone based on customer location zip code. Pls let us know how to achieve it.
