Wrong putaway suggestions for LPN

Hi,

In 9.1 we discovered strange putaway suggestions in LPN environment:

1. The P46095 instruction is set to random method code 'E' (search for empty locations).

2. Location capacity is 20 pallets

3. Location is empty (but was in use before)

4. We do PO receiving for 10PL

Everything works fine as long as there is no record for BranchPlant / Location in F41021. But if in F41021 an old record exists (an old - I mean without quantity On Hand) system generates a suggestion to this location only for 1 PL (1 pallet) and continue suggesting another locations for the rest 9 PL.

If I delete this 'empty' record from F41021 and regenerate suggestions - everything is OK, system is suggesting to put 10 PL there.
