Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Why does the P06045/R06045A mass update process generate pay rate to 3 decimal places when only 2 are needed?

Multi-currency is off.
