Release Announcement - Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center 12c Release 2 U1 (12.2.1.0.0) Available

in Ops Center (MOSC)

We are happy to announce that on July 20, 2014, Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center 12c Release 2 Update 1 was released for all platforms.  This includes:

  • Enterprise Manager - Ops Center 12cR2 PSU1 (12.2.1.0.0) for Oracle Solaris x86 (32-bit and 64-bit)
  • Enterprise Manager - Ops Center 12cR2 PSU1 (12.2.1.0.0) for Oracle Solaris SPARC (32-bit and 64-bit)
  • Enterprise Manager - Ops Center 12cR2 PSU1 (12.2.1.0.0) for Linux


Ops Center 12cR2 PSU1 is an update release containing the following improvements.

  • Performance Improvements
    • Core infrastructure (EC/PC, virtualization agent)
    • Reduced EC memory footprint
    • Faster EC start up time
    • Faster agent start up time
    • Refactored user permissions
    • LDOM create/deploy wizard
