JDE 9.1 Overtime Processing issue

Hello,

just wondering if anyone has had an issue in JDE E1 9.1 related to the Overtime Processing (P186401). After we upgraded to 9.1 it seems that the Rule Sets that had existed in 9.0 are not working. The CHANGE type rule has an IF condition to check if the PDBA is equal to a value and some MCUs not equal to some values  THEN set the OBJ account to a specified value. This does not seem to be working and the F06116 record remains with the original OBJ account.

Any ideas or thoughts.
