'END' & 'END ASSIGNMENT' Not in Self Service PAN Change option

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All:

Could someone explain to me why 'END' & 'END ASSIGNMENT' values selected and available in Assignment Status LOV but missing or not available in Self Service:PAN. It is supposed to be selected from 'Change PAN' option.
