Enabled AME for PO's and requisitions. Configured EB tax to generate non recoverable tax based on the ship-to location. No issues in calculating the taxes on both PO's and requisitions. However, when requisition is submitted for approval, the workflow checks only the document total instead of approval amount for requisitions. In Po's the system is behaving as expected.

 

For example create a req for 9999. Level 1 approver has 10000 limit for Purchase Requistions. The requisition header amount is 9999 and approval amount is 10698.63 (this is 9999 + tax (699.93)). The expected behaviour is that requisition goes to Level 2 approval since level 1 approval has only 10000 approval limit. Instead the requisition is approved as soon as level 1 approves the requisition.
