"Unbalanced intercompany journal entry"

Hi, we are on version Oracle 11.5.10.2

I posted Journal Entry with Manual source. The concurrent request ID ended with status "Normal", but in fact, the view output the Posting Execution Report shows "Unbalanced intercompany journal entry" or  in the windows Journal the status Posting show "Error10 - Showing unbalanced intercompany journal entry"

Why the concurrent request "Posting" did not end with Warning?

I attache the view output of the concurrent request and the screen shot of the windows posting.
