OMW delete from locally command

Hi, i walked through the OMW delete from locally command on R42565 , and it then failed to run the report version with error  "version is not installed on client" ..wondering with this command, what table it has removed ? Is local template or version removed ? I did see version list in F983051...so, is the template spec removed ?

And i noticed if i delete from server , the version list for R42565 even failed to list out all the version list from F983051...
