Unable to open Master Domain, when only one local exists.

Hi,

The client is Fusion 14.0.1 and the RPAS installation is 14.0.1 as well. In the domain there is only one local domain.

When we have only one local domain we don't get a question to choose where to open a workbook (local-master). The workbook will always open in local. The taskflow is set up so that workbook can be opened in both local and master. Also the user is admin and has no security limitation.

I can't find any documentation about this. Why is this happening?
